Amon Hen, also known as Hill of Sight, is where the Fellowship breaks. The Seat of Seeing is located at the top of this hill.
Both Frodo and Aragon sit on the Seat of Seeing. Aragorn sees no vision despite being the heir of Isildur, however Frodo sees many visions including the Eye.
